Basic concepts
TonCast - Decentralized forecasting platform on the TON blockchain, where users bet on the outcome of events against each other, where the coefficient is set by the market
Share - The asset you buy at the end of the event. If the forecast comes true, each share is redeemed by 0.1 TON.
Outcome - The result of the event for which you can make a forecast (for example, "Yes" or "No").
Event - Any real event with a certain outcome: sports, politics, cryptocurrencies, etc.
Result - The process of determining the result of the event on the basis of predetermined objective sources (news, official results).
Decentralization - TON Cast runs on smart contracts, not company servers. Your funds are always under your control.
Wallet - Your personal crypto wallet (for example, Tonkeeper, Telegram Wallet). Stores your TON.
Smart contract - Automatic code in the blockchain that ensures the operation of the platform without intermediaries.
